The funnel review
A campaign delivering clicks and not sales. Three people in the room already know what the problem is, they disagree about which one, and the budget moves on Friday unless somebody establishes something first.
Branching, and constrained: an early decision closes options later on. There is no undo inside a run. That is the point of running one rather than reading about it.
Tuesday, 09:15. Four weeks of a £9,400 campaign on the screen behind Nadia, laid out as a funnel.
Ad clicks, from Northgate's report, 28 May to 27 June: 18,400. Landing page sessions, from analytics, 1 to 30 June: 14,900. Product page: 6,200. Basket: 2,050. Checkout started: 1,180. Orders in analytics: 384. Orders in the finance system: 402.
Callum from Northgate says the page is fine and the traffic is the issue. Tom says the 96 enquiries that reached sales were rubbish. Iain says he wants the budget on the trade directory by Friday.
Your first move.
