2What is recorded

Everything below is held against your account. Nothing here is inferred, bought, or collected from anywhere other than your own use of the platform.

3Why it is recorded

Progress, notes, drafts, reviews and gate claims exist so that the platform can do the thing you came for: carry your work between sessions and let you see what you have and have not done. Payment records exist to give you what you paid for and to keep an auditable trail of the transaction. The waiting list exists to answer you.

None of it is used to advertise to you, and none of it is sold. There is no third-party analytics or advertising tracker on this site.

4Where it is kept

The database and file storage are hosted on Supabase, in London, United Kingdom (eu-west-2). Evidence files sit in a private bucket whose access rules are scoped to the person who uploaded them. Payments are processed by Zenpay, which fronts Paystack.

Read access to your rows is enforced in the database itself rather than only in the application, so a bug in a page cannot hand your work to somebody else.

5Who can see your performance

Nobody but you. Your performance record is internal to the platform. There is no employer view, no manager dashboard, no export of how you did to any third party, and no comparison of you against other learners.

If an organisation pays for your place, it is told that a place was bought and used. It is not shown your answers, your drafts, your notes, your evidence, your gate claims or your scores. That holds however the place was paid for, and it is not negotiable per customer.

A certificate is the one thing designed to be shown, and only you decide to show it. Its verification page confirms a reference is genuine; it does not publish a searchable list of who holds one.

Staff operating the platform can reach learner records where they must in order to run it — to investigate a fault or a payment dispute. That access is role-controlled and logged.

6Who else sees anything

Three processors, each doing one job: Supabase for the database, storage and authentication; Zenpay and Paystack for taking payment; and an email provider for the messages the platform sends you. No one else receives your data, and none of them receive it for their own purposes.

7How long it is kept

Your account and its work are kept while the account exists. Delete the account and the work goes with it, except for two things: an issued certificate remains verifiable, because a qualification that evaporates is not a qualification, and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting obligations require.

8Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can withdraw from the waiting list at any time. Where the law that applies to you gives you a right to complain to a supervisory authority, this notice does not take it away.

Requests go to [privacy contact address — not yet set].

9Cookies

The only cookies set are the ones that keep you signed in and remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. There are no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why this site has never asked you to accept any.

10Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects what is collected or who can see it, the effective date at the top changes with it. The current version is always the one on this page.
