1Who you are agreeing with

The Practicum Academy is operated by Zenaclove IT Solutions, of [registered address — not yet set]. Using the platform means accepting these terms.

2What is free

Level 0 of every programme is readable with no account and no payment. It is not a sample: it is the same lessons, knowledge checks, working tools and gates as every level above it. An account is free and carries your progress, your notes and your saved work across that free material.

3What access buys

Access is bought per programme. It opens that programme’s remaining levels, its working tools, its simulations, its gates and its worked exemplars, for the account that bought it. There is no all-access subscription, and access to one programme grants nothing on another.

Access is personal. Sharing an account, or your credentials, is the one thing that will end it.

4Payment

Prices are shown on each programme’s page in the currency stated there, and are charged through Zenpay. Payment details are entered at the gateway and are never held by this platform. Access opens when the gateway confirms the payment, which is normally immediate.

5Refunds

Level 0 exists so that you can find out whether the method suits you before paying anything. Read it first.

If you have paid and changed your mind, you can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than the first paid level. Beyond that, ask anyway — if the platform failed you, or a programme was not what its own page said it was, that gets refunded regardless of when you noticed.

6What a certificate is, and is not

A certificate records what you demonstrated: the lessons completed, the checks answered and the gates claimed, counted at the moment it was issued and frozen there. Anyone you give the reference to can verify it.

It is not an accredited qualification, a licence to practise, a regulated award, or a credit-bearing academic credential, and it is not issued by an awarding body. It carries exactly the weight a reader chooses to give the evidence behind it. The platform will never claim otherwise on your behalf, and neither should you.

Gates are largely self-attested. That is a deliberate design: the claims are written so that you could observably fail them, which makes lying to yourself the only way to pass without doing the work, and makes the certificate worth what your honesty is worth.

7Who owns what

Your work is yours. Notes, drafts, uploaded artefacts, records kept in a Workbench instrument, and anything you produce against a real subject belong to you entirely. No licence over it is claimed, it is not used to promote the platform, and it is not shown to anybody — see the privacy notice.

The programmes themselves — the writing, the checks, the tools, the simulations, the exemplars — remain the property of Zenaclove IT Solutions. You may use them for your own learning and your own professional work. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them, and you may not use them to train a model.

8What is promised

The platform is offered as it is. It is written carefully and it is tested, but no professional programme can promise you an outcome, and this one does not: it cannot promise a job, a client, a promotion, or that a real subject you work on will go the way you want.

What is promised is narrower and keepable: the material is what its page says it is, the free level is the real level, your work stays yours and stays private, and if the platform loses your work through its own fault you get your money back.

9Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. Access already bought is not withdrawn except where clause 3 has been broken, and if it is withdrawn for that reason the unused portion is refunded.

10Changes

These terms may change. If they change materially, the effective date at the top changes and the new version applies from then; it does not apply retrospectively to a purchase already made.
