Two hours before the room agrees
A senior recommendation, general agreement, and log data that does not fit.
Branching, and constrained: an early decision closes options later on. There is no undo inside a run. That is the point of running one rather than reading about it.

You have been through the logs. Every failure timestamp falls between 02:10 and 02:40. The supplier's maintenance window, as you understand it, does not open until 03:00.
The decision meeting is in two hours.
